Assist in the development of digital content Manage weekly content and scheduling for clients
Assist with daily moderation and responding to social media comments and direct messages Help produce monthly reports of outcomes.
Assist in the production and post-production of digital media
Deliver weekly/monthly reports against goals results on social media activity using social analytic tools on the social channels
Participate in weekly google meet calls on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm EST, and by appointment meetings with Najera Staff.

Excellent communication, writing skills, and great attention to detail
Leadership qualities are a must (Self-starter)
Experience using Premier Pro, Canva, and other design or video editing software
Candidates should display a strong self-starter track record, strong walk ethic, and a strong desire to learn
Social media management experience
Content creation experience
Some experience in digital marketing
Eagerness to learn and commit to delivering on time is a must

Approximately 15 hours a week. Days and hours will be determined based on the intern’s availability and if credits are needed.
